Gill is an award winning, ICF accredited business coach who works with freedom-seeking, change-making women around the world to grow phenomenal businesses, doing what they love.
She believes that when you’re brave enough to do things your way and you’re outstanding at what you do, you deserve a life of infinite possibilities. Via intensive 1:1 business coaching, and intimate mastermind experiences, Gill helps her clients grow their business in line with their vision, and their revenue in line with their reputation.

Brand architect, strategist, designer…
Lauren is a certified brand designer, strategist and architect with past roles in environmental design, brand experience and activation design. Having worked with big brands and on big events like London Fashion Week, Rugby World Cup, Levis, Cirque du Soleil as well as a slew of impactful SME’s, startups and nonprofits.
Now, you can find Lauren and her brand design team working with powerful female founders and global foundations, supporting social impact leaders. But they don’t just work with any women. They work with women who are doing the Good Work because it matters to them, personally.
She doesn’t see branding as being transactional, rather as a way of making visible something that needs to be in the world.
And that’s different.
She brings her deeply intuitive approach to brand building and design to create unignorable brands.
Our Ethos.
We (Gill and Lauren) met in 2021, eyes locked over zoom… love at first sight. What began as a client-coach relationship soon became a deeply rooted alignment of approach.
Over time, as we worked closely with mutual clients the idea sparked to bring our skills together and offer unique experiences for other women, like us.
Unapologetic Retreats was born.
We are bringing to life the retreats that we want to go on and be part of - what we’ve craved for ourselves and our businesses during the course of our careers, but couldn’t find: A combination of exquisite surroundings, inspirational and actionable working sessions and like-minded, ambitious women.
We continue to develop retreats, listening carefully to the women in our world and curating the experiences they are looking for.
