For the purposes of the below, “Unapologetic Retreats” is determined as Brand By Boudica Ltd and Lauren Jones; and Gill Moakes Coaching and Consulting and Gill Moakes.

Assumption of the Risks and Release

a. I, Retreat Client, recognise that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above-described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself. I further release and discharge Unapologetic Retreats from injury, loss or damage arising out of my presence and participation whether caused by my own fault or other parties.

b. I, Retreat Client, recognise that the nature of a retreat is both social and spiritual in nature and affirm that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate in this retreat.

c. I, Retreat Client, understand that Unapologetic Retreats does not guarantee outcomes as they depend largely on my ability to shift perspective and take actions to make the changes I desire.

d. I, Retreat Client, understand that voluntarily traveling to another country may involve certain risks beyond the reasonable control of Unapologetic Retreats in connection with this retreat, including but not limited to accidents, flight delays and other incidents, emergencies, exposure to reckless conduct of other persons, natural events, and/or acts of God. 

Indemnification

a. I, Retreat Client, agree to indemnify and defend Unapologetic Retreats against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my presence and participation at the retreat.

b. I, Retreat Client, further agree that I, my heirs, legal representatives or any member of my family will not make a claim against or sue Unapologetic Retreats, or any of their affiliated agents, employees, teachers or volunteers, for bodily injury, death, emotional trauma or property damage resulting from my participation in the retreat.  

Travel and Event Changes

a. I, Retreat Client, agree that I am fully responsible for acquiring health and travel insurance and that Unapologetic Retreats are not responsible for any expenses, delays, cancellations, or changes in any way that limit my ability to attend this retreat.

b. I, Retreat Client, also agree that should any scheduled retreat event cancel or be altered that I shall in no way hold Unapologetic Retreats responsible for these changes and will consider these changes as a normal occurrence in the course of the retreat.

Permission to Use Photography, Video, Audio and Name 

I grant Unapologetic Retreats its representatives, and employees the right to use video, audio and photographs of me, with or without my name in connection with the Unapologetic Retreat attended. 

I authorise Unapologetic Retreats, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

I agree that Unapologetic Retreats may use such for any lawful purpose including publicity, advertising, marketing, and web content.
