Terms and Conditions and Cancellation

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of a USD 750 deposit paid.  

Any cancellation made between April 1, 2023, and August 20, 2023, will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. This does not include the deposit payment.

Any cancellation made between August 21, 2023, and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. All cancellations must be made in writing to yes@unapologeticretreats.com

Trip insurance is strongly recommended. You can use our suggested Travel Guard insurance online and choose from several policy options. It is essential to confirm with the travel insurance provider that Covid-19 related issues are covered and to what extent.

UNAPOLOGETIC RETREATS reserves the right to cancel any trip before departure for any reason, including insufficient participants or logistical problems (e.g., acts of God, war, strikes, etc.), which may impede trip operations. The refund of all payments as described in the paragraph below shall release UNAPOLOGETIC RETREATS from any further liability. 

UNAPOLOGETIC RETREATS must make substantial payments to suppliers (including land travel providers) far before the scheduled date on which we embark. If a trip is canceled due to forces beyond our control (acts of God, war, labor strikes, earthquake, flooding, etc.), UNAPOLOGETIC RETREATS will promptly refund the portion of the trip cost not advanced to suppliers. UNAPOLOGETIC RETREATS will use its best efforts to recover advance payments as promptly as possible and will refund you the amount recovered, if any. However, UNAPOLOGETIC RETREATS does not guarantee recovery of any or all of the advance payments made, and our use of best efforts to recover these payments will not include the institution of any legal proceedings in foreign lands.
